Krista Narula RMT

Krista Narula graduated from D’Arcy Lane Institute of Massage Therapy in 2005. She began her career as a Registered Massage Therapist in 2005.

Her massage therapy career started in Grand Bend, Ontario at a Chiropractic clinic. She moved to Vancouver, BC and worked at a high-end spa for 5 years.  After starting her family, Krista moved back to Ontario.  While in Toronto she worked at the Miraj Hammam Spa in the Shangri-La Hotel before moving back to London to be closer to her extended family.

The experience in both spa and clinic environments gives Krista a well balanced approach to Massage Therapy. She is effective in working with chronic stress and injury areas, as well as headaches/migraines, and sport injuries. She enjoys being able to bring relief and function to her clients.

Krista Narula, RMT – Areas of expertise

Sports Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish Massage and Therapeutic Deep Tissue Massage. Krista works with sports injuries, pre & post operative clients and helps many clients find relief from pain.

At the start of treatment, Krista will conduct a brief assessment and discussion of your goals. During your massage treatment Krista will use a combination of myofascial release, trigger point therapy, Swedish and deep tissue massage to address your needs.

Outside of work Krista enjoys time with family and friends, cycling, and exploring different parts of the world every chance she gets.

Along with her fellow colleagues at Jenna Birtch Massage at 197 John Street in London, Ontario, Krista looks forward to ensuring you receive the highest possible quality of treatment.

Krista Narula RMT is a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and member of the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario (RMTAO).
